Custom and personalized orders
Our personalized & customizable items are among our best sellers at Trading Post 814.
We have several items that may be ordered according to your specifications.
•These orders may be canceled up to 12 hrs after being placed.
•There's a $2 cancellation fee for all canceled orders.
•Custom orders are not returnable, exchangeable nor refundable unless damaged.
•We give projected shipping times but cannot gurantee these dates. If you need an item by a specific time please contact us to ensure it is doable. We also have "rush processing & shipping" avail.
•During holidays & other special days shipping may be longer.
•Bulk orders may take longer.
•Our shop is Christian based & may turn away any custom order that goes against our standards.
Shipping Internationally
Contact us for international shipping rates. For international orders, we ship out after payment is received and cleared. These orders may take longer then the 1 - 3 business days to ship.
We locate and purchase supplies for customer's specific needs.
Items that are sold out, not listed in our shop or in stock may be custom ordered. After items are located and purchased for you then we can no longer accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
Returns and cancelations
There will be a restock charge of $2.00 on all returns and possibly order cancelations if your item has already been packaged and the shipping label purchased. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item amount will be refunded but s&h will not be refunded. Personalized, made to order, monthly special and sale Items are nonrefundable and are not returnable. All sales are final on these items.
Return within 7 days of delivery.
Cancellations must be made no later than 12hrs. after purchase.

Exchanges
If you are exchanging an item, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. We must receive the item back in our shop before a replacement is shipped back out to you. If you have any questions please feel free to contact our team at Trading Post 814. God Bless
What happens if my package was misdelivered or lost?
If your package has been lost in the USPS mail or misdelivered, we will contact USPS to locate it. It has been our experience that most packages turn up delivered. If not, after a two week period the item will be replaced by our shop.
If an item has been scanned delivered successfully to given address on the order, we can no longer be responsible for that package. Please contact your local office or personal mail carrier.
What happens if you enter the wrong shipping address and package was misdelivered or sent back?
Because we are a small business we would ask that s&h be paid to ship your order back out to the correct address. Contact us with the current/correct address and we will be happy to set that in motion for you.
Other shipping provider options.
Can I provide my own shipping label? Yes.
We use USPS as our shipping provider. USPS express is 1-2 days. If you need an order to be overnighted you may use the courier of your choice and provide the label. Tracking the parcel would be your responsibility. Should the parcel arrive late, misdelivered or lost, we cannot be responsible for the parcel or its contents. You may choose to add shipping insurance to your parcel for extra security.
